Spring catch up

Have you ever looking in the window of a candy shop and watched taffy being pulled?  If so, you can relate to how I feel at times - pulled in multiple directions with some things having to take a back burner.  As you can probably tell, the shop newsletter got on the back of the stove recently.

But I'm back and have a lot to share with you.

Debby is almost finished writing the pattern for our newest sample, Summer Fun.  We are taking pre-orders for the kit but your wait shouldn't be long.  Your $24.95 "Summer Fun" kit includes the pattern, charm pack, binding AND backing fabric.  Super quick and easy enough to have ready for your summer activities.

You may place your order by visiting our website https://sewgracefulquilting.com/,  or by e-mailing info@sewgracefulquilting.com
While we're on the topic of pre-cuts, have you seen the Pocket Guide to Precuts?  Fabric pre-cuts have been on the quilting scene for several years. Shari Shobe of Bear Creek Quilting has written a guide with everything you need to know about pre-cuts. You'll learn how to use them, common and trademarked names, sizes and the typical number of pre-cuts in each bundle. The book measures approximately 4" x 6" so easily fits in your stitching bag, pocket or purse.   59 pages $8.50

If you're looking for a Mother's Day gift, this would be a nice addition to your mom's quilting library.

We were very excited to find 3 1/2" almost mini charms.  We call them almost mini charms because mini charms are 2 1/2" - charm squares are 5".  These are in between at 3 1/2".  Each bundle contains 42 - 3 1/2" squares of fabric from the Courtyard fabric line by 3 Sisters from Moda.

We're pricing these at the same price as mini charms - $4.95 per bundle.
Jan Patek's "American Eagle" wall hanging is a great piece with a summer feel.  Of course, we changed parts of her pattern - but what's new with that?!  We are kind of known for taking a good pattern and putting our spin on it.

Your $44.95 kit for American Eagle includes the pattern with our changes, wool for applique, borders and binding. Ours finishes 23 1/2" x 28.  The hanger is not included with the kit.

Please e-mail info@sewgracefulquilting.com to reserve.
We also have a couple of kits left for Bees in the Meadow.  Your $46.95 kit includes the pattern designed by Kay Harmon, fabrics for the top and binding.  Finishes 23" x 42".
