This week for our "when it's gone, it's gone" section, we are featuring one of Kay's designs. We have only one Nestled in the Woods kit left. The pattern is not included in the kit. The pattern is in the Fall 2020 issue of Primitive Quilts and Projects magazine.
The kit includes Diamond Textiles homespun fabrics to make the quilt top and binding. Quilt finishes 78 1/2" x 87 1/2". Backing fabric isn't included in the kit but we will be happy to help you select a backing fabric.
Kay is looking forward to our first vending event in over a year. She is bringing several new projects to share with quilters in eastern Tennessee at the Pigeon Forge show. Shortly after that show, we will load the SUV and head to Kansas City for the regional show in Overland Park KS.
We are super excited to launch our newest block of the month, Manor House. We'd planned to begin it last year but covid happened which meant we couldn't get together and dye wool. Once we could dye wool, wool became scarce.....you probably can all relate to how it is when things snowball. Anyway, everything is good now and we're ready to start June 1.
The program will run for 5 months. During the first four months you'll receive background fabric and wool to make a row. You'll receive border and binding fabrics the 5th month. Cost per month is $32.95 (plus shipping if you're not local). The pattern book must be purchased separately for $24.

Debby has been busy making new samples. We're sharing one of our favorites this week. The piece is named "Table Topper"....a simple name suggesting exactly what it is. Your $28.95 kit includes the pattern, applique paper, fabrics for the top and backing fabric.

We finished the next project as a pillow but it would be equally cute finished as a wall hanging. Your $24.95 "Joy" kit includes the background fabric (we chose a beautiful Diamond Textile as the background), wool for applique, binding, and backing fabric. We've also included instructions for making the binding which looks like cording but is actually very simple to make. Finishes 14" x 19".

Your $18 kit includes the pre-stamped fabric, pattern, needle and thread. We did not use the thread in the kit (it was one color and we wanted more variation). If you'd like us to put a thread kit containing the Valdani perle cotton we used, let us know when you place your order. The thread kit is an additional cost.
