The Raven is back in print

 

This week we are sharing something old that is new again.  Several years ago we offered a block of the month using Blackbird Designs' book The Raven.  Many people were very disappointed when the book went out of print.....but......good news......Barb and Alma have decided to reprint The Raven book.  We are taking preorders now.  66 pages $28.  According to our distributors it should be 3-4 weeks before shipment.   Please e-mail info@sewgracefulquilting.com and we will reserve a copy for you.   Valdani has decided to discontinue some of their threads from the Twisted Tweed line.  We have four of the discontinued threads in size 12 perle cotton.  Each is $5.45 per ball. PT 3 - blue PT 4 - cream and brown PT 8 - dark green/ecru PT 11 - black/ecru Darlene recently completed a beautiful quilt, Birds in Paris.  We have it hanging on the tall wall in the shop and it looks so pretty.  Your $124.95 kit includes the pattern, fabrics to make the quilt top and binding.  The quilt finishes 75" x 75".   We are including a photo of the focal fabric - Memoirs by 3 Sisters (Moda).   We will close this week's newsletter with some updated photos of the shop.  If you spot something you'd like information about, please e-mail info@sewgracefulquilting.com.
