All about Home
We know it won't be long before the rain stops and we are forced to water our lawns and gardens in the heat of summer so we are trying to make the best of the seemingly unending days of rain and clouds. School ends today in Rogers and we're looking forward to several fun family events this summer.
When Kay was in Pigeon Forge she took a new wall hanging. She sold out of kits and we've been waiting for patterns to arrive so we could make more. We're super happy the patterns arrived and we have kits ready for "Stitcher's Priority". Your $29.95 kit includes the pattern, fabrics for the top, wool (the scallops on each side are wool), buttons, binding and backing fabric. It finishes 13 1/2" x 18".
We love the wording: "The garden's overgrown....my house is untidy.....my hair is a mess.....but you should see what I've sewn".
If you'd like us to put together a thread kit containing the Valdani perle cotton #12 Debby used, please let us know.
In keeping with the home theme, we want to share Happy Home by Threads that Bind. We chose a beautiful Diamond Textile as our background. Your $28.95 kit includes the pattern, background cotton, wool for applique, binding and backing fabric.
The hanger is sold separately for $17.95.Finishes 12" x 12".
Jane H made our sample for "At Home". The quilt is all cotton and features scripture quotes. Your $56.95 kit includes the out of print pattern, fabrics for the top and binding.
It finishes 42" x 56"
This week for our "when it's gone, it's gone" section, we are featuring a variety of 5" charm packets by Diamond Textiles. To see the fabrics included in each set visit https://www.diamondtextilesusa.com/. Click on the collection name and you'll be able to view the fabrics.
We have only one of each left so don't delay in emailing info@sewgracefulquilting.com to reserve. Please specify which set(s) you want when you e-mail.
