New Flowers in the Garden quilt
If you're in town for Bikes, Blue and BBQ, we invite you to make a run to our shop. We are open regular hours this week (Thurs & Sat 9:00-3:00). If you're local, you probably know the best route to take to avoid the influx of thousands to our area for the event.
We are very excited about our newest quilt, Flowers in the Garden. Darlene designed the quilt and used the raw edge applique technique. After quilting she washed the quilt, and the result is a super cuddly quilt. Your $65.95 kit includes fabric for applique, background fabrics, borders and binding. The quilt finishes 45" x 50". Most of the fabrics used were Diamond Textile homespun fabrics.

It certainly isn't too early to think about fall and Halloween decorating. Embroidered tea towels are a fun way to let a special person know you are thinking about them.....inexpensive, quick and easy.....what more could you ask for. If we had a shop with a huge floor space and had recently won the lottery so had gobs of money, we would carry Fig Tree fabrics. As it stands our shop is pretty well filled to the brim, and we haven't been notified of any lottery winnings so we will be content to carry an occasional kit designed by Fig Tree.
