Let holiday shopping begin

We will be closed Thursday, Nov 24 and Saturday, Nov 26 for the Thanksgiving holiday.

The recent snow reminded us to remind you of our inclement weather policy.  If the Rogers public schools are closed, the shop is closed.  If you have any doubt as to whether we are open, please call before you make the trip out.

Starting with this newsletter and continuing until Christmas, we will be featuring gift ideas......gifts for yourself or loved ones.

The first item we are sharing, the Maven 125IS steam pressing system by Reliable, is one Darlene purchased for herself.  She said it's the best steam pressing iron she has ever used.  We are taking orders for this iron.  $179

The iron features micro-pump technology that allows for superfast heat up time in less than a minute.  The one-liter removable water tank offers up to three times more steaming than a traditional iron and can be refilled while ironing.  The iron also features four ways to navigate steam and temperature settings, a pro detail tip, a ceramic soleplate and a built in anti-scale cartridge that helps filter hard water.  It also includes an iron lock so it can safely and easily be moved from place to place.
We are betting more than one of you can relate to this scenario.....the blocks are all sewn.  They're on the design wall in the exact order to make a beautiful quilt top.  Somehow as they're moved from the design wall to the sewing machine, those little boogers get out of order.  If that's ever happened to you, the Pinnable Quilt Block Markers are the tool you need.  This simple tool allows one to keep quilt pieces and blocks organized. You simple use your own pins with a Block Marker to pin a letter or number to your piece.

Each set includes the full alphabet (A-Z) and numbers (0-9) for a total of 36 pieces.  We have them available in white or lilac.  $9.99 per set
Our final gift idea is something that can be worn year-round -- socks.  We are taking orders for the Sewing Socks and Wildflowers Socks. Both are made of cotton, nylon and spandex and fit sock size 9-11.  $10.50 per pair
This week for our "when it's gone, it's gone" section are featuring many back issues of Quiltmania magazine for $2 per issue.  These would be great additions to your library or to your guild's library.  Some issues have only one copy available, so don't delay in placing your order.

You may order via our website  If you'd prefer to order via e-mail, please visit our website to get the issue number and e-mail info@sewgracefulquilting.com
This week for our Sample Sale we are featuring a nice versatile quilt, Vintage Christmas.  Wouldn't this be pretty used as a table covering for your holiday table?  It would also be pretty displayed as a wall hanging.  If you have a loved one in a nursing home, what a pretty lap quilt to bring some sunshine to your loved ones' environment.  The quilt features fabric designed by Jo Morton of Moda fabric.  The quilt measures 54" x 54".  $195 plus shipping.

Please e-mail info@sewgracefulquilting.com to reserve.
See you soon!
Darlene and Debby
